Welcome to Armour Wines.

Armour Wines was started in 2020 by Tyler and Sarah Armour in Wenatchee, Washington.  We source grapes from select vineyards around Washington State, and produce wines with minimal intervention.  For us, this means finding the best fruit possible that requires little-to-no additions (SO2 being the only additive we use) or processing.  Grapes are all hand harvested and ferment whole-cluster, utilizing native yeast and bacteria that are present on the grapes naturally.  No mechanical destemming, all grapes are crushed by foot.  Wines are pressed in a wooden ratchet basket press, and aged in neutral french oak barrels (59 gallon), french oak puncheons (132 gallon), and sandstone jarres tanks.  The wines are bottled un-fined (no additives used to clear, clean, or stabilize the wine) and un-filtered.  Minimal SO2 is used pre-bottling.

We strive to make fresh and vibrant wines that are drinkable right away. Low in alcohol when mother nature allows, and always looking for bright acidity and crunch fresh tannins.
